Jerusalem Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, unpeeled
    1 large onion
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    2 tsp. chives
    2 tsp. parsley
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Quarter potatoes and place in baking pan. Add chopped onion and melted margarine. Sprinkle other ingredients over potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 until done, then broil until brown.
