Chicken Breasts Pecan - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. butter
4 (4 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 lb. pecans, ground in food processor
1 c. flour
salt and pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. dry white wine
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Flatten chicken breasts with meat tenderizer.
Season flour with salt and pepper.
Dust chicken breasts with flour.
Dip into beaten eggs.
Bread with ground pecans.
Heat butter in skillet. Add chicken breasts; saute over medium heat until browned.
Put in baking pan.
Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
