Oven Parmesan Chips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, peeled
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. finely minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch slices; place on greased baking sheet in single layer.
Mix butter, onion, salt and pepper; brush each side.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender and golden.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Serve immediately. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
