Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. fat hamburger
    2 Tbsp. quick salt (looks like powder)
    1 tsp. hickory smoked salt
    2 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
    2 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Mix together in large Tupperware or tight bowl.
    Keep stored in refrigerator.
    Knead every day for 5 days.
    Roll into long rolls.
    Bake at 150\u00b0 for 10 hours.
    Freezes well.
