Ingredients

1 large can apricots
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream
1/4 c. powdered sugar
chopped nuts
Preparation

Drain juice from apricots and blend in blender, adding a little juice.
Add 1/3 cup lemon juice and sugar.
Put in freezer tray.
Whip cream and add powdered sugar; put on top of apricot mixture.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Takes about three hours to freeze.
