Creamy Macaroni And Cheese(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni (3 c.)
    3/4 c. butter
    12 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. milk
    20 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese (yellow or white)
Preparation
    Cook macaroni for 10 minutes on High.
    Add 3/4 cup butter; microwave 1 to 2 minutes on High.
    Blend in the flour and salt. Add the milk; stir until smooth.
    Microwave 5 1/2 to 6 minutes on High, stirring with table fork every minute until thickened.
    Add the grated cheese; stir until completely melted.
    Stir sauce into drained macaroni; mix well.
    Microwave 16 minutes on Medium, stirring every 3 minutes.
    If desired, sprinkle top with paprika or buttered bread crumbs or cubes before serving.
