Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken
1 c. chicken broth
1 small carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Ritz crackers
Preparation

Boil chicken until done.
When cool, debone and save broth. Mix together the deboned chicken, broth, sour cream and soups. Layer pan with crumbled Ritz crackers.
Pour mixture over cracker crumbs.
Crumble more crackers over top.
Put in oven at 350\u00b0 until crackers start to turn brown.
