Marinade For Chicken And Veggies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
2 c. wine or wine vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 clove garlic, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 lime (juice)
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
fresh veggies (optional)
Preparation

Mix well; turn chicken in marinade.
Cover, put in refrigerator. Marinate 1/2 day or overnight.
