Apple-Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped cooked chicken or turkey breast
    1 medium Granny Smith apple, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. thinly sliced green onion
    1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1/4 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except lettuce and mix well.
    Cover and chill.
    Serve over lettuce leaves.
