Squash Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    2 lb. zucchini squash
    1/2 medium onion
    1 stick margarine
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    20 butter crackers (crushed)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil squash and drain; season with salt and pepper; set aside. Put cream\tcheese\tand
    1/2
    the
    margarine
    in a bowl (small). Heat in microwave for a few minutes.
    Beat together. Melt rest
    of margarine\tin
    skillet; saute onion.
    Put small amount of\tmelted margarine\tin
    bottom
    of\tbaking dish; add squash.
    Pour\tonion over
    squash.
    Pour
    cheese over onions. Cover with
    crushed crackers.
    Bake
    for
    30
    minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
