Mexican Wedding Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 sticks margarine
    8 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    8 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except powdered sugar. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Roll and slice in 1/2-inch slices.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm. Yields 4 dozen.
