Chop Suey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can chop suey vegetables, drained
1 small can bean sprouts, drained
1 small can mushrooms (stems and pieces), drained
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
6 Tbsp. molasses
5 stalks celery, diced
1 medium onion, sliced
Preparation

Put celery and onion in pan, covered, with water and boil until tender.
In another pan, saute hamburger and mushrooms together in olive oil.
Add some Worcestershire sauce for color (2 tablespoons), then add in bean sprouts and vegetables.
Add the celery and onion when tender, along with its water (add more water if needed).
Add the molasses and simmer for about 5 minutes.
