Homemade Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. all-purpose flour
    3 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. oil
    1 qt. plus 1 c. lukewarm water
Preparation
    Pour warm water into a large warm mixing bowl.
    Put in dry yeast; let set until yeast is dissolved (5 to 10 minutes).
    Add salt, sugar and oil; stir.
    Add 4 cups flour; stir well.
    Add 4 more cups flour; stir again.
    Add 1 cup flour at a time; knead well until dough can be held on hand extended.
    Knead on board or in bowl.
    Put in a bowl to rise; cover top to prevent drying.
    Let rise 2 times original size.
    Work down to original size.
    Make into 4 to 6 loaves.
