Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. melted lard
Preparation

Mix all together.
Roll out on floured counter.
Cut into doughnut shapes.
Drop into hot grease until golden brown, then flip over and do other side.
Roll in powdered sugar or regular sugar.
Keep in airtight container with a piece of bread to keep fresh.
