Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. lemon and vanilla extract
4 eggs
3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. strawberry jam
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Cream margarine, sugar and and vanilla and lemon extract. Beat until light and fluffy.
Add eggs (1 at a time), beating well after each addition.
