Cucumber Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. cucumbers
    1 large onion
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. canning salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Wash and slice cukes.
    Add sliced onion and salt.
    Let stand 2 hours.
    Mix sugar and vinegar; add spices.
    Pour over cucumbers. Put into freezer containers.
    Place in freezer; use when desired.
