Julienne Carrots With Walnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. carrots
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
    1/2 c. softened margarine
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Scrape carrots; remove ends.
    Cut into julienne strips.
    Add carrots and onions to 1 inch of salted boiling water.
    Cover and simmer until tender, about 25 minutes.
    Drain; toss with butter and walnuts.
    Season to taste.
