Goat Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. strong goat cheese
    16 oz. Ricotta cheese
    6 extra large eggs
    1 tsp. fresh basil or 1/2 tsp. dried
    1 tsp. fresh marjoram or 1/2 tsp. dried
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375`.
    Grease well a 10-inch cast-iron skillet. Have ingredients at room temperature.
    Crumble goat cheese with Ricotta.
    Beat well the eggs and mix with cheeses.
    Add seasonings.
    Pour mixture into skillet and put in oven.
    Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Serve with salad and French bread.
    Serves 4 to 6.
