Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    40 to 50 medium mushrooms, stems chopped fine
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/2 medium Spanish onion, chopped fine
    2 small cloves garlic, chopped fine
    4 dashes basil
    salt and pepper
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 can minced crab meat
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash, trim and dry mushrooms.
    Remove stems and chop fine. Melt butter and oil; add onion, garlic, basil, salt, pepper and mushroom stems.
    Saute until tender.
    Remove from heat; add bread crumbs, crab meat and mustard.
    Fill mushroom caps with mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
