Creamed Crab And Spinach Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can King crab or 1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen King crab
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen leaf spinach
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 c. light cream
Preparation
    Drain and separate canned crab, reserving liquid, or defrost, drain and slice frozen crab, also reserving liquid.
    Cook spinach according to package directions; drain and chop coarsely.
