Veal Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 lb. veal in 3/4-inch cubes (chicken or pork may be substituted)
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce with mushrooms
    1 envelope (approximately 16 oz.) Sloppy Joes mix
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Bring tomato sauce and Sloppy Joes mix to a boil; add meat and simmer 30 minutes, stirring often (prevent sticking). Just before serving, remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Garnish with parsley.
    Serve on noodles.
