Breakfast Casserole (1) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen ore-ida hash browns (O'Brien are the best)
    18 eggs
    1 c. milk
    green peppers
    onion
    fresh mushrooms
    1 small can of green chilies (optional)
    4 or 5 drops of Franks red hot
    salt and pepper
    8 oz. pkg. of Mexican four cheese
Preparation
    Grease 9 X 13 cake pan.
    Spread hash browns in pan, salt and pepper well.
    Beat eggs, milk, red hot, salt and pepper.
    Add green peppers, onion, mushrooms and green chilies to egg mixture. Pour over hash browns.
    Spread cheese over top.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
