Nutmeg Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 c. boiling water
1 piece orange peel
3 Tbsp. brandy

Preparation

Combine sugar, nutmeg and cornstarch.
Pour in boiling water. Add orange peel and boil 10 minutes.
Add brandy and reheat.
