Red Ketchup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 tomatoes, peeled
    3 to 4 pieces celery
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    4 to 5 apples
    1 large Spanish onion
    3/4 tsp. allspice
    4 or 5 c. sugar
    1 small can tomato paste
Preparation
    Cook the first 6 ingredients for 1 1/4 hours.
    After you cook it, add the sugar and tomato paste.
