Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up or 4 to 6 chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 bell pepper
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 1/4 c. rice
    onion, if desired
Preparation
    Combine soup, pepper, dry rice and onion.
    Melt margarine and use part to grease baking dish.
    Put rice mixture into baking dish.
    Salt and pepper chicken and place on top of rice mixture. Pour remainder of margarine over chicken.
    Bake uncovered in the oven at 270\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
