Quick Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2/3 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Melt chocolate with butter over low heat.
    Stir in sugar and milk.
    Cook until thickened and sugar is dissolved.
    Add vanilla. Can be thinned if too thick by adding more milk.
    Serve warm over ice cream.
