Pork Roast With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pork roast
    potatoes, sliced
    onion, sliced
    1 can sauerkraut, undrained
    salt and pepper
    dijon mustard
Preparation
    Grease baking dish; layer sliced potatoes, then sliced onions, then sauerkraut.
    Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Coat with mustard.
    Place roast on kraut.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until done.
