Creamed Asparagus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can asparagus
4 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/3 c. fine bread crumbs
Preparation

Melt butter and stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Drain liquid from asparagus and add enough milk to make 2 cups.
Stir liquid into paste.
Cook slowly.
