Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. caraway seed
    1 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and sugar.
    Add caraway seed and raisins.
    Mix together butter, egg and buttermilk.
    Stir into flour mixture.
    (Mixture will be thick and lumpy.)
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
