Layered Beef-Potato Casserole(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 medium potatoes, pared and thinly sliced (1 lb.)
    1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1 (14 1/3 oz.) can beef gravy
Preparation
    Crumble ground chuck into 2-quart glass casserole.
    Cover with lid or plastic wrap, turning back one section to vent steam. Microwave at High setting for 5 minutes or until meat loses its pink color, stirring after 3 minutes.
    Pour off excess fat.
