Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Cream butter thoroughly.
    Add sugar gradually, beating constantly.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Stir in flour, lemon extract and buttermilk.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until filling is set.
