Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 c. golden raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Blend oil and sugar, add eggs one at at time and sift together dry ingredients. Add gradually while beating.
Add remaining ingredients and pour into three 9-inch greased and floured cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 25 minutes, or until cake tests done. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
