Stewed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, washed and cut in quarters
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large pot, cover potatoes with water and cook until done. Drain 3/4 c. of the water. Add butter, onion, salt and pepper. Cook slowly until soup thickens. Great with almost any meat.
