My Mom'S Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh or frozen cranberries, washed
2 c. white sugar
2 c. water
1 apple, diced
1 large or 2 small boxes strawberry jello
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix cranberries, sugar, water and apple in a large pot and boil gently until all berries pop, about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and add jello.
Mix well.
When cool, add celery and pecans.
Refrigerate.
Freezes well.
Makes a half gallon.
