Hot Feta Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Feta cheese, crumbled
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimentos, drained
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Spoon into a 9-inch pie plate or 3-cup shallow baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with Stoned Wheat Thins crackers. Makes 2 cups.
