Water Chestnuts And Bacon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 c. soy sauce
Preparation

Cut slices of bacon just long enough to encircle and overlap water chestnuts.
Secure the bacon with a toothpick.
Place in a bowl of soy sauce for several hours.
Remove from sauce and broil until crisp.
Makes 32 servings.
