Omi'S German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. potatoes
    2 tsp. salad oil
    2 tsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. sour cream
    fine chopped onion
    salt and pepper
    fine chopped parsley
    dash of sugar
    fine sliced sweet pickles (optional)
    diced hard-boiled eggs (optional)
    bacon bits (optional)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes to done.
    Peel while still hot and cut into thin slices.
    Mix together oil, vinegar, sour cream, onion, salt, pepper, sugar and parsley.
    Beat to a thick sauce.
    Pour the sauce over the potatoes and mix gently so potatoes are not mashed.
    After mixing, cool overnight.
