Citrus Marmalade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large oranges
    1 lime
    1 lemon
    6 c. water
    5 c. sugar
Preparation
    Wash fruit.
    Cut
    in
    half lengthwise and cut into very thin slices crosswise.
    Remove
    all
    seeds.
    Place
    fruits
    in large bowl.
    Add
    water.
    Let soak overnight.
    Place water and fruit in large saucepan.
    Bring to boil and cook until tender. Add sugar and stir
    well.
    Bring
    to
    boil and boil rapidly to jell stage (220\u00b0 on
    candy thermometer) from 15 to 30 minutes. Quickly skim off any
    foam
    and
    ladle into sterilized jars to 1/8-inch from the top.
    Seal.
