Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 strips bacon
    1/2 slightly stale baguette, cut into cubes
    pinch of salt, pepper, oregano, basil, mustard powder and thyme
    2 medium size heads romaine lettuce
    3 fresh garlic cloves, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    2 whole eggs
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    2 c. vegetable oil
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    6 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Fry the bacon until crisp.
    Pour the bacon fat into a bowl and add the bread cubes.
    Add the salt, pepper, oregano, basil, mustard and thyme and toss until the cubes are completely coated.
    Place the cubes on a cookie sheet and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until they are golden brown, stirring occasionally to ensure that they don't burn.
