Broiled Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fish fillets
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
    salt, pepper and paprika
Preparation
    Put the fillets, skin side down, on a greased broiler pan. Mix the butter and lemon juice and brush over the fillets (sparingly).
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Put under the broiler so the fillets are 4-inches from heat.
    Cook 10 minutes for each inch of thickness.
    Serve at once.
