One Crust Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    rhubarb
Preparation
    Line a pie pan with unbaked crust.
    Dice washed rhubarb and pile it rather high in pie shell.
    Mix together 1 cup sugar, 2 egg yolks, 4 tablespoons melted butter and 4 tablespoons flour.
    Pour custard on top of rhubarb.
    Bake slowly.
    Make a meringue of the egg whites or you may serve the pie plain or with whipped cream.
