Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. catsup
    2 tbsp. flour
    1 can mushroom pieces
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter, stir in ground beef, flour, salt and pepper. Saute for 5 minutes. Add soup, mushrooms and catsup. Simmer for 20-30 minutes. Stir in sour cream when ready to serve. Serve over noodles. I like to use rice too.
