Sparerib Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. pork spareribs
    1 envelope onion soup
    1/3 c. honey
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sherry or white wine
    1 clove garlic, chopped and minced
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    To speed up cooking time, precook ribs. Boil for 15 minutes first.
    Pour marinade in gallon Ziploc bag and add ribs.
    Turn a few times.
    Best to marinade overnight.
    Grill on low an hour, basting often.
