Mock Greek Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, cut in strips
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
1/4 oz. can (1/2 c.) pimientos, chopped
1 (2 oz.) can (3 Tbsp.) anchovies, chopped
1/3 c. salad oil
3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation

Break lettuce in bite-size chunks.
Add cheese, olives, pimientos and anchovies.
In jar, combine oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic for dressing.
Shake well.
Pour dressing over vegetables and toss lightly.
Serves 10.
