Cherry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 cans pitted pie cherries (not pie filling)
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. vanilla or almond extract (optional, I don't use)
    2 pie crusts for 9-inch pan
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and pie cherries.
    Cook, stirring until mixture thickens and boils.
    Stir in butter and extract, if used.
    Pour into pastry lined 9-inch pie pan. Cover with top crust.
    Seal the edges.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until crust is brown.
