English Muffin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. all-purpose flour, divided
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. (1%) low-fat milk
    1/2 c. water
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 Tbsp. yellow cornmeal, divided
Preparation
    Combine 3 cups flour and next four ingredients in a medium bowl.
    Stir well and set aside.
    Heat milk and water in a heavy saucepan until very warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
    Add to dry ingredients, stirring well.
    Stir in remaining 3 cups flour to form soft dough.
