Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. pork
    5 lb. hen or 2 fryers
    5 lb. potatoes
    5 lb. onions
    3 cans corn
    3 cans peas (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 cans or 3 qt. tomatoes
    1 large bottle Worcestershire (I use 1 c.)
    1 (32 oz.) bottle ketchup
    juice of 3 lemons
    hot sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Pressure cook and bone meat.
    Cook onions and potatoes until tender.
    Grind all together.
    Heat, stirring constantly.
    Do not boil.
    This makes a big pot.
    (You can freeze it.)
