Peach Pie - cooking recipe

1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
6 large ripe peaches
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl.
Peel peaches and slice.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and almond extract; toss to coat.
Add sugar mixture; mix gently.
Put into 2 crust pie shell.
Brush top pastry with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in a hot oven (425\u00b0) for 15 minutes.
Lower heat to moderate oven (350\u00b0); bake 35 minutes longer or until pastry is golden brown and juices are bubbly.
Cool.
