Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. fruit juice
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 c. peaches
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix fruit juice and cornstarch; cook until thick.
    Place along with peaches, butter and lemon juice in casserole.
    In another bowl, sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; cut in butter. Add milk and egg; mix well.
    Spoon ingredients on top of fruit mixture, making a layer over all.
    Sprinkle with sugar and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 or 35 minutes.
