Favorite Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. thinly sliced meat (game meat is best)
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. hickory smoke salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour over meat and marinate 6 hours or more.
    Dry on racks in dehydrator or oven at 130\u00b0 for about 5 hours.
    Check after 2 hours.
    Store in sealed container.
